Return Policy

Firearms and Ammunition: All firearm and ammunition sales are final. Due to federal, state, and local regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on firearms or ammunition once an order has been placed or transferred. Please inspect your firearm at the time of transfer and contact us immediately if you believe there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

All Other Merchandise: Returns of merchandise other than firearms and ammunition are accepted solely at our discretion. Approval of any return request is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a return, items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Products that show signs of use, have been modified, damaged by misuse, or are missing components may be refused. If a return is approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. We reserve the right to deny any return request for any reason permitted by applicable law.
